A device has a bending transducer (1) with an active layer (2) formed from a material, which is form-changeable through electrical excitation, where the active layer has piezoelectric characteristics. The bending transducer is bendable through a turbulent flow, which is pitting at its surface. The active layer is provided for the conversion of energy available in the form of the turbulent flow into an electrical energy. The active layer is designed as an electroactive polymer.
