A system for controlling a liquid flow rate is provided to accurately control the liquid flow rate by arranging a fine adjusting unit on a liquid flow rate control container. A reservoir container(10) drains water to a lower portion thereof through a first flow tube(11). A first liquid flow rate control container(20) is arranged under the reservoir container and stores the water, which is drained from the first flow tube. The first liquid flow rate control container drains water to a lower portion thereof through a second flow tube(22). A float valve is arranged on the first liquid flow rate control container. A second liquid flow rate control container(30) is arranged under the first liquid flow rate control container and stores the water, which is drained from the second flow tube. The second liquid flow rate control container drains water to a lower portion thereof through a third flow tube(31). An overflow hole is formed on the second liquid flow rate control container. A measuring container(40) is arranged under the second liquid flow rate control container and stores the water from the third flow tube.
