<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidification device capable of smoothly responding to a request of dew point change; and to provide a fuel cell system having it. <P>SOLUTION: This humidification device 5 is provided with a vessel 50 for storing pure water W for humidification in its inside, and used for carrying out humidification by passing air through the pure water W in the vessel 50.
