<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface circuit capable of taking in data effectively for a certain period of time by eliminating delay time until a strobe signal output from a delay circuit reaches a flip-flop and changes in the delay time. <P>SOLUTION: The interface circuit includes a plurality of data delay circuit parts for outputting corresponding data input from the outside, each with a delay of a first predetermined delay time; a strobe signal delay circuit part for outputting strobe signals with a delay of a second predetermined delay time; and a plurality of latch circuit parts for taking in the output data of the corresponding data delay circuit parts in synchronism with the output signals of the strobe signal delay circuit part. The latch circuit parts are each arranged so that data transmission time from each corresponding data delay circuit part to each latch circuit part equals the signal transmission time from the strobe signal delay circuit part to each latch circuit part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
