摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-precision tubular body by which surface undulation and unevenness caused by a coating method are hardly generated. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the tubular body comprises coating the inner face of a cylindrical mold 2 with a polyamide acid solution 1 by means of a dispenser by relatively moving the cylindrical mold 2 in the rotary shaft direction to a dispenser feeding part 3 while the cylindrical mold 2 is rotated circumferentially, leveling unevenness of the coating film face by a centrifugal force, obtaining a cured or solidified cylindrical film by heating or extraction, preparing a through-hole having an area of 10 ppm or more based on a whole surface at a portion which is cut away to a longitudinal width of this cylindrical film, inserting this cylindrical film prepared with the through-hole into an inner mold with a circular section of surface roughness Ra 0.5 to 3 &mu;m, and performing imide transformation by heating and thereby forming the tubular body with an of surface undulation of at most 0.7 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
