POWER CONTROL APPARATUS IN RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for executing power control between user equipment and a network radio controller.

SOLUTION: A communication means 101 makes data communication with the user equipment 104 and receives data quality information transmitted from the user equipment 104. A discrimination means 102 uses the received data quality information to discriminate the reception quality of the user equipment 104 and revises target power quality set to the user equipment 104 on the basis of results of the discrimination. A notice means 103 informs the user equipment 104 about the revised target power quality.
