PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic device capable of preventing gripping fingers from hiding an image. SOLUTION: The photographic device is provided with an image pickup means for imaging a subject, an image display means having a screen for displaying a subject image imaged with the image pickup means, a region detecting means for detecting either of a covered region covered with the fingers and an uncovered region not covered with the fingers in the screen of the image display means, and a control means for controlling so as to display the subject image in the uncovered region detected with the region detecting means.
