PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering asbestos melting treatment device capable of simultaneously melting substances different in melting points, improving energy efficiency, and reducing construction cost so that a furnace is not blocked by preventing the fusion of a melted heated object to a heat medium, related to scattering asbestos treatment in an internal-combustion fluid bed furnace. SOLUTION: The unfluidized heat medium is placed in a combustion atmosphere by a mixture gas of gas and air, and melting treatment is performed by allowing the heated object to pass through the heat medium heated to a high temperature. A furnace temperature is controlled at high accuracy so that the heat medium and a furnace wall are not melted and damaged by excess combustion and abnormal combustion.
