PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning device capable of performing highly precise recording or reading by effectively moving stray light. SOLUTION: The stray light M generated to be reflected on a first fθlens 84 or a second fθlens 86 by a laser beam L introduced from a polygon deflector 82 is introduced out of the optical path of a laser beam L by setting to incline an optical axis of the first fθlens 84 arranged at the downstream side of the polygon deflector 82 in the direction of an arrow G. In addition, aberration due to inclination is canceled by inclining the first fθlens 84 and the second fθlens 86 in a reverse direction, and the laser beam L without curvature can be introduced to a body to be scanned.
