PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of reception quality by suppressing the influence of switching noise caused by a DC power source in a power supply-integrated power-line communication apparatus, a power line communication method, and a power line communication program. SOLUTION: A power source-integrated power line communication apparatus comprises a DC power source 101 which is connectable to a power line 1, converts an AC voltage into a DC voltage and controls an output voltage based on a switching frequency; and a power line communication unit 102 which is connectable to the power line 1 and communicates data via the power line 1. The power line communication unit 102 includes a function for dividing data into a plurality of subcarriers and performing communication at a plurality of carrier frequencies, and the DC power source 101 includes a control unit C which shifts a switching frequency so that a frequency that is an integer multiple of the switching frequency gets out of a frequency range when the frequency that is the integer multiple of the switching frequency is included within the frequency range wherein communication quality at a carrier frequency is deteriorated.
