PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure which is capable of permitting a gap between a through-hole provided on a second fastened member and an internal thread provided on a first fastened member, even when the fastening structure has a structure that prevents a fastening member from falling off the fastened members. SOLUTION: The fastening structure fastens the flat board 4 of a shelf 1 and the front panel 6 of a package 2 together. The fastening member 8 is composed of a head 9, an external thread 11 which can be screwed into the internal thread 5 of the flat board 4 and has a smaller diameter than the head 9, and a neck 10 which is smaller in diameter than the external thread 11. A long groove 12 whose width is smaller than the diameter of the external thread 11 and larger than the diameter of the neck 10 is provided on a parting preventing member 13 through it. A through-hole 7 smaller in diameter than the head 9 but larger than the external thread 11 is provided on the second fastened member 6. The parting preventing member 13 is fixed to a second fastened member 6 in overlapping the long groove 12 with the through-hole 7, and the fastening member 8 can be engaged with the flat board 4 making the neck 10 penetrate through the through-hole 7 and the long groove 12.
