PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-W pipe having a very small outer diameter at 0.5 mm or less, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electric discharging pipe electrode using the same and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The Cu-W pipe is composed of Cu of 25-30 wt.%, Ni or Co of 0.1-0.5 wt.%, CeO<SB>2</SB>of 0-1.0 wt.% (not comprising zero), and W in residual parts except the unavoidable impurity, and formed of a pipe-like sintered body in which the minimum manufacturing dimension is formed by outer diameter of 0.08 mm×inner diameter of 0.04 mm, and grain diameter of the W in the sintered body is 0.5-3.0μm.
