PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator enhanced in product characteristics by facilitating the amount control of an adhesive and maximizing a magnet size in a product plan. SOLUTION: A coil 8 is fixed to the substrate 5 fixed on a frame 6 and fronted to the magnetic gap (g) being the gap between a yoke 2 and a top plate 4. A ring-shaped weight 9 is fixed to the outer periphery of the yoke 2 and the outer periphery of the vibrator 1 is covered with a protector 11. A magnetic circuit part 12 is formed of the top plate 4 bonded and fixed to the central part of a magnet 3, the magnet 3 bonded and fixed on the central inner surface of the yoke 2, and the flat pot shaped yoke 2 and elastically supported in the frame 6 by suspensions A7 and B10.
