PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor controller and control method, and a program, capable of calculating precisely an offset, even when a magnetic intensity is varied. SOLUTION: This magnetic sensor controller comprises an input means for inputting sequentially a plurality of magnetic data having three components output sequentially from a three-dimensional magnetic sensor, a bisecting normal surface calculating means for calculating a bisecting normal surface of two points corresponding to the two magnetic data, in every set of the magnetic data comprising two, a storage means for storing the plurality of bisecting normal surfaces, and a means for approximating an area aggregated with the plurality of bisecting normal surfaces stored in the storage means, in one point, by a statistical technique, and for setting the offset of the magnetic data, based on the one point.
