<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable membrane filtration operation in a stable state even if the inflow volume of an inlet and the number of water supply pumps fluctuate. <P>SOLUTION: A method comprises the preset of a minimum flocculant dose volume capable of sufficiently flocculating and flocking an organic substance or the like in raw water in response to the concentration of the organic substance or the like in the raw water and the inflow volume of the inlet of a membrane filtration device 5 in a control controller 8, installation of a differential pressure gauge 6 for measuring the pressure difference of the membrane filtration device 5 and a flowmeter 7 of the inflow volume for measuring the inflow volume of the inlet, calculation of the inflow volume of the inlet and a pressure difference increasing speed by the control controller 8 from the concentration of the organic substance or the like, the output of the differential pressure gauge 6 and the output of the flowmeter 7 of the inflow volume, and at the start of operation, supply of the set flocculant injection volume from a flocculant tank 3 to a settling tank 2 through which the raw water passes, wherein the flocculant injection volume is changed in proportion to the fluctuation amount if the inflow volume of the inlet to be detected fluctuates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
