<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter manufacturing plant monitoring system that discloses real-time and comprehensive information on production status, quality and equipment operation status to all concerned, in a configuration that uses individual systems to digitize information generated at a plurality of sections on a production line forming a light shield layer, R (red), G (green) and B (blue) layers and a transparent electrode layer on a substrate and to disclose the data to specific display devices such that the status of the production line can be monitored individually. <P>SOLUTION: The color filter manufacturing plant monitoring system comprises a data conversion means for converting the digitized data into a common database storage structure, a common database for storing the converted data, and a converted data display means for receiving a plurality of converted data from the common database and displaying them on all the display devices as the data are generated.
