<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an acidic gas adsorbent which can make a plenty of absorbing component support on a base material. <P>SOLUTION: An acidic gas 10 is produced by carrying out a prior drying step S11 for heating the base material 11 at the temperature of 100°C or above and 120°C or below to dry it so that the moisture in the base material 11 is 5 wt.% or below, an aqueous-solution adhesion step S12 for flowing an aqueous solution 12 so as to make the aqueous solution 12 flow into pores of the base material 11 while the base material 11 is dipped in the aqueous solution 12 in which an absorbing component is dissolved and the temperature of the aqueous solution 12 is maintained at 5°C or above and 40°C or below under vacuum atmosphere, a residual aqueous-solution removal step S13 for removing the residual aqueous solution 12 from the base material 11, a preliminary drying step S14-1 for heating the base material 11 at the temperature of 60°C or above and 100°C or below to dry it, and a main drying step S14-2 for heating the base material 11 at the temperature of 100°C or above and 120°C or below to mainly dry it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
