PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor configured to execute different functions according to the switching of power sources.

SOLUTION: This information processor is made operable by switching a plurality of different power supply sources such as power supply by an internal battery and power supply from external equipment through a USB, and configured to detect the switching of the power supply sources, and to change the executing functions of the device based on the switching of the power supply sources. Thus, it is possible to achieve the plurality of different functions by one device. Also, it is possible to lengthen a battery life by setting an operating frequency low in driving a battery.
