<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a rolled film which develops no winding knob or dent and has an even winding tension and winding hardness. <P>SOLUTION: In an apparatus 1 for forming a non-stretched film having a film thickness controller 6 which prevents an uneven thickness distribution of a film formed from a molten resin extruded from the die lip of the T die by individually controlling several units of actuators arranged in the width direction of the T die, the thickness of the film is automatically controlled by finding a part where film thickness becomes locally large by continuously measuring film thickness and integrating it by using an integrating film thickness measuring system 8 and controlling an actuator 7 for controlling film thickness at the part where film thickness is becomes locally large, with the film thickness controller 6 so as to make the locally enlarged film thickness smaller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
