<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory for operating as an LUT to achieve two independent functions of arithmetic unit without writing a table of truth value according to an input of a mode control signal also without increasing a circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor memory is equipped with: a memory cell array having memory cells OM4, AM5 for either a reading/writing data according to the mode control signals PM, PM_N or outputting predetermined value constituting the arithmetic result of arithmetic objective data; a write address decoder WAD2 for activating a write word line WWL corresponding to the input signal by receiving the write address of data or a signal input of the arithmetic objective data; and a read address decoder RAD3 for activating a read word line RWL corresponding to the input signal by receiving the read address of data or the signal input of the arithmetic objective data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
