<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the aerobic treatment process of an organic nature liquid discharge for obtaining an excellent quality of treated water by reducing the volume of sludge to reduce the amount of the sludge to be discharged outside, continuously grasping the fluctuation of the amount of retaining sludge, even if a load is fluctuated, setting a suitable amount of reforming sludge to control the amount of the reforming sludge swiftly and accurately, and performing stable treatment; and an arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: The process comprises the introduction of the organic nature liquid discharge into an aeration tank 2 to carry out the aerobically biological treatment, execution of solid-liquid separation of a part of a mixture liquid in the aeration tank 2 at a settling tank 3, recirculation of a part of separated sludge as recirculation sludge, introduction of the remnant into an ozone treatment tank 22 to carry out ozone treatment and recirculate to the aeration tank 2, input of the flow signal and the total phosphorous concentration signal of a liquid to be treated from a flowmeter 31 and a phosphorous densitometer 32 in an aerobically biological treatment system 1 to a computation control section 30, input of the flow signal and the total phosphorous concentration signal of the treated liquid from the flowmeter 33 and the phosphorous densitometer 34, computing the balance of phosphorousΔP, further computation of the amount of reforming sludgeΔS to be subjected to fluctuation, and control of the flow amount of pumps 12 and 26 in response toΔS so as to fluctuate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
