PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize a thickness of an organic compound layer, reduce occurrence of display unevenness, and reduce generation of poor connection between a negative electrode wiring and a connection wiring. SOLUTION: The organic EL display device is provided with a substrate 1, a positive electrode wiring 2 formed approximately in parallel to a side AB of the substrate 1, partitions 6 formed approximately vertically to the side AB, a negative electrode wiring 5 formed between the partitions 6, the organic compound layer 8 formed between the positive electrode wiring 2 and the negative electrode wiring 5, the connection wiring 4 connected to the negative electrode wiring 5 and extracted alternately to a side of the side AB and a side of a side CD, a connection part 9 provided only on the side, where the connection wiring 4 is extracted, out of the side of the side AB and the side of the side CD between the adjacent partitions 6 for connecting the negative electrode wiring 5 and the connection wiring 4, and a partition connection part 7 connecting the adjacent partitions 6.
