PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put together e-mails involved with one another and to prevent a memory from being used due to redundant contents. SOLUTION: When transmitting a new e-mail, an e-mail transmission and reception program adds an ID to an e-mail in accordance with an intention of a user, puts together and transfers previous e-mails having the same ID as that of the added ID, compares the ID of a newly arriving e-mail with the previous e-mails having the same ID in receiving the newly arriving e-mail, and adds e-mails different in ID as the new-e-mail to delete the previous overlapped e-mails.
