PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the commodity delivery device of an automatic vending machine for reducing manufacturing costs without inviting the complexity of an assembly operation. SOLUTION: This commodity delivery device of an automatic vending machine is provided with a commodity receiving part 21 installed in such configurations that a commodity delivery outlet 14 opened to the front face is faced from the back side for receiving a commodity W; a commodity conveyance port 7 opened for conveying the commodity W from the automatic vending machine to the commodity receiving part 21; a commodity conveyance door 8 to be rocked back and forth for opening and closing the commodity conveyance port; and a theft-proof board 28 supported so as to be rockable back and forth between a pair of side boards 23 configuring the commodity receiving part 21 for regulating the forward rocking of the commodity delivery door 8 when it is rocked backward. At least one of the pair of side boards 23 configuring the commodity receiving part 21 is provided with a level difference part 231 formed in such configurations that it enters the rocking region of the theft-proof board 28 for regulating the rockable position at the front side of the theft-proof board 28.
