PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rubber composition and a resin composition having excellent dispersibility, scorch stability and high-speed crosslinkability by crosslinking halogen-containing rubber and a resin with a new triazinethiol precursor. SOLUTION: The triazinethiol precursor is represented by formula [1] or [1'] (R is -SR<SB>1</SB>, -OR<SB>1</SB>, -NHR<SB>1</SB>, -NR<SB>1</SB>R<SB>2</SB>or the like; R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a phenyl group or the like; X<SB>1</SB>and X<SB>2</SB>are each a hydrogen atom or a residue selected from a malonic acid derivative, a succinic acid derivative, a methylsuccinic acid derivative, a propionic acid derivative, etc.).
