PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire dot printer head which can prevent deterioration of the printing quality by suppressing abrasion of a yoke surface. SOLUTION: The wire dot printer head is constituted by setting an abrasion preventive member 36 which prevents contact between fulcrum shafts 12 of a plurality of armatures 4 and a yoke 6, between an armature spacer 7 which has a plurality of bearing notches 35 to respectively store the fulcrum shafts 12 of a plurality of the armatures 4 that support a wire for printing, and the yoke 6 which holds the fulcrum shafts 12 of a plurality of the armatures 4 along with the armature spacer 7. The fulcrum shafts 12 of the armatures 4 are prevented from coming into direct contact with the yoke 6 by the abrasion preventive member 36, so that the abrasion of the surface of the yoke 6 is suppressed and the deterioration of the printing quality can be prevented.
