A method for manufacturing a nonwoven fabric is provided to produce a nonwoven fabric unharmful to human bodies, by manufacturing the nonwoven fabric of bamboo pulp having an excellent thermal resistance and hardly emitting harmful materials. A yarn, which is prepared by using pulp for bamboo fiber, and a poly propylene yarn are mixed. The mixed yarn is expanded through hit of a spike roll. The expanded fiber mass is spread in a thin sheet type. A web-forming process is performed by overlaying and stacking the fiber sheet in desired width and weight. A first web-bonding process is performed by punching the web-formed sheet using a needle and bonding the surfaces of the web-formed sheet using an adhesive. A second web-bonding process is performed by passing the first web-bonded sheet between heating rolls of high temperature to fuse thermally portions of the first web-bonded sheet. The second web-bonded sheet is treated by water of high pressure to finalize the joint between fibers of the sheet. The treated sheet is dried to prepare a nonwoven fabric. The nonwoven fabric is wound around a roll. |
