An ice storage container for an ice thermal storage system is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by removing a blind region of heat exchange and increasing heat exchange area, and to effectively absorb ice-making expansion and ice-melting contraction of the ice storage container. An ice storage container for an ice thermal storage system comprises a container body(51a), a coupling port(52), a fracture member(10a) and an extension-contraction member(30). The container body forms a hollow filling portion for filling ice-making liquid. The coupling port is integrally formed by being penetrated into the container body, and consisted of a filling hole(56) formed along an inner circumferential surface, an airtight surface(53) and screw portions(23,54) formed along an outer circumferential surface. The fracture member is coupled to the coupling port, and prevents damage of the ice storage container by being fractured when being excessively expanded at ice-making. The extension-contraction member is coupled between the airtight surface and the fracture member and received in the container body, and includes a sealing portion(35), an extension-contraction portion(32) and a support portion(33). |
