摘要 A flux coating method which prevents the air pollution due to a flux-adhesive mixed solution, prevents the flux-adhesive mixed solution from harming the health of workers, and makes it not necessary to separately preheat an aluminum part and reduces production process and time by coating a flux on the extruded aluminum part at a high temperature after extruding the aluminum part is provided. A method of coating a flux on an aluminium part comprises: a first step of extruding an aluminum part(200) from an extruder(100); a second step of impregnating the aluminum part in a high temperature state with an aqueous flux-adhesive solution(220) containing a flux and a water-soluble adhesive right after performing the first step; and a third step of supplying compressed air onto a surface of the aluminum part coated with the aqueous flux-adhesive solution in the second step, thereby forming an uniform coating layer on the surface of the aluminum part. The method further comprises a fourth step of removing water from the coating layer formed on the surface of the aluminum part, thereby drying the coating layer. The aqueous flux-adhesive solution comprises 0.5 to 35 wt.% of a flux, 0.05 to 10 wt.% of a water-soluble adhesive, 1 wt.% or less of an antifoaming agent, and the balance of water and other inevitable impurities. The flux is at least one of potassium aluminum fluoride, potassium zinc fluoride and potassium silicon fluoride, and the water-soluble adhesive is at least one of a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol, a water-soluble polyurethane resin and a water-soluble acryl resin.
