A system and a method for providing learning in the Internet by using simulation are provided to enable learners to understand basic principals of 6-sigma and enhance learning effect by providing interactive simulation learning programs. A file server(130) stores lecture files of each learning step. A database server(120) stores personal information of members and simulation result data. A web server(110) loads the lecture file corresponding to the learning step selected by a client(150), provides the loaded lecture file to the client, and performs the simulation corresponding to the learning step. If the client analyzes and transmits the simulation result data, the web server evaluates subject performance by comparing the simulation result data of the client with the stored simulation result data. The learning step is one of a define, measure, analyze, improve, and control step.
