<p>A method for preparing a high-early-strength fiber reinforced cement composite and a high-early-strength fiber reinforced cement composite prepared thereby are provided to show excellent early strength, compressive strength and flexural tensile strength and to reduce the construction duration drastically. A method for preparing high-early-strength fiber reinforced cement composites comprises the steps of: mixing silica fume, sands having a diameter of 5mm or less, which is obtained in an absolute dry state at 100 plus or minus 5 deg.C and anhydrite; admixing the mixture to a high-early strength cement to prepare a strength accelerating binder; simultaneously or subsequently mixing triethanolamine, a naphthalene-based water reducing agent and distilled water to prepare a setting accelerating mixing water; mixing the setting accelerating mixing water with the strength accelerating binder in a ratio of 0.15-0.25 to obtain a cement composite; and admixing steel fibers and/or organic fibers in an amount of 1-3 vol.% to the cement composite.</p> |
