<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out required minimum lamp turn-off control without performing unnecessary lamp turn-off control in a lamp control device for a vehicle comprising a function to carry out turn-off control for forcedly turning off lighting of the vehicle in starting an engine. SOLUTION: When an engine starting signal is continuously generated for a specified time or more, the lamp turn-off control (step S3) is interrupted or prohibited by a control processing by a control means (control unit 1) (step S4, S5). At least front position light (tail lamp) is excluded from objects to be subjected to lamp turn-off control.</p> |
