A method for forming a reflection cover of an LED(light emitting diode) is provided to form a ceramic reflection cover by making the opening part of a reflection cover have the shape and angle necessary for designing the light emitting shape of an LED. At least a first green sheet includes a first opening pattern. A second green sheet is formed on the first green sheet. One metal structure is formed on the second green sheet. The second green sheet is formed along the first opening pattern of the first green sheet, covering the first green sheet. The second green sheet can be formed along the first opening pattern of the first green sheet by a heating molding method or a lamination method.
