<p>The machine has a circular brush (2) supported at a housing (14) and rotatable around a vertical axis of rotation (21). A roller (3) is supported in the housing by an axle support (32) that is concentric to the brush such that the roller is rotatable around the vertical axis of rotation. The rotational movement of the roller is transferred to a circular disk along a base, and the brush rotates around the vertical axis of rotation. The rotational movement of the roller around the vertical axis of rotation is converted into an axial relative movement between the roller and the housing. An independent claim is also included for a method for improving smooth running of a sweeping machine.</p> |
