Methods for producing an assembly made of moulding parts connected to each other via a film hinge and assembly produced by the methods

The method involves connecting two motor vehicle`s e.g. airplane, lining parts (2, 4), made of a fiber-reinforced plastic, of a component (1) with one another in an articulated manner by a film hinge (6) made of elastic plastic, where the component is utilized as outer or inner linings of the vehicle. The two parts and their connection are manufactured in a processing step pultrusion method by using the film hinge. The two parts are parallelly guided together into a pultrusion tool with the film hinge. A gap between the two parts is in parallel to the pultrusion tool. An independent claim is also included for a component with two lining parts made of fiber-reinforced plastic.
