An apparatus for improving block ack in a wireless network and a method for the same are provided to offer continuous data without disconnection to users by stably transmitting the data and to improve block response in wireless network. An apparatus(200) for improving block ack in a wireless network includes a frame verifying module(201), a sequence control mapping module(202), and a frame combining module(203). The frame verifying module(201) sorts a frame having an error by receiving a plurality of data frames. The sequence control mapping module(202) maps a sequence number of the sorted frame as a spoofing value. The frame combining module(203) transmits the mapped frame and other continuous frames by combining the mapped frame and the other continuous frames. The plurality of data frames has a spoofing sequence control(204) where the spoofing sequence number is mapped.
