An RFID positioning mobile terminal, a system for providing location information, and a service method thereof are provided to enable a user to find out easily and speedily desired goods at a shop by measuring the location of an RFID tag twice with time difference, obtaining the first distance and the second distance respectively at the first position and the second position, and simply obtaining the location of the RFID tag through triangulation. A mobile terminal comprises a tag reader/writer(280), a tag communication part(250), a remote communication part(270), and a location information notification part(211). The tag reader/writer writes unique identification information in a writable tag and reads it. The tag communication part scans RFID tags around, sets up a communication with a desired RFID tag, and receives information from the RFID tag. The remote communication part executes data communication with a host computer. The location information notification part transmits the information of the mobile terminal and the unique information of the RFID tag, obtained through the tag communication part, to the host computer through the remote communication part.
