A microphone assembling body is provided to reduce the thickness and weight of products by simplifying a pull-in path of a tool through the arrangement of a circuit board. A microphone assembling body includes a case(301), a plurality of components(310), a circuit board(303), and an interface ring(302). The case(301) defines a receiving space(S). The plurality of components(310) is received inside of the receiving space(S) to be vibrated by a sound. The circuit board(303) transmits capacitance change according to the vibration of the plurality of components(310) to a signal terminal of an electronic machine after electrically processing the capacitance change through circuit structures. The interface ring(302) supports the plurality of components(310) in a state of being received inside of the receiving space(S) and electrically connects the plurality of components(310) and the circuit board(303) in a state of being connected to the circuit board(303). The interface ring(302) has a body(302b) and a conductive coating film(302a). The body(302b) guides a curling part of the case(301) to receive the plurality of components(310) in the receiving space(S). The conductive coating film(302a) electrically connects the plurality of components(310) and the circuit board(303) by being connected to the plurality of components(310) and the circuit board(303) while covering an inner side frame of the body(302b).
