A microorganism Eballistra lineata CM602(KCTC 10945BP) is provided to mass-produce the phytase showing high activity at animal body temperature and having improved heat and pH stability. A microorganism Eballistra lineata CM602(KCTC 10945BP) produces the phytase showing high activity at 39 deg. C that is near the animal body temperature and having improved stability against heat and pH. The phytase produced from Eballistra lineata CM602(KCTC 10945BP) has optimum temperature of 55 deg. C and optimum pH of 7.0 and 2.0, is sufficiently active at 39 deg. C and pH 3.5-9.0, and shows improved heat stability at 70 deg. C.
