<p>A method for manufacturing deodorization water with onion as a main ingredient is provided to deodorize the food with peculiar smell such as a shark effectively by using a heated mixture of onion, water, ginger, salt, Allium fistulosum L., sea tangle, ginseng, etc. in a fixed ratio. A deodorization water with onion as a main ingredient is manufactured by the steps of: preparing 200g of onion cut by a width of 1cm or more, 12g of sliced ginger, 150g of radish cut by a width of 3cm or less, 60g of Allium fistulosum L. cut by a length of 5cm or less, and 30g of sea tangle cut by a length of 5cm or less, wherein the onion gets peeled and washed, and the others get washed; putting the ingredients into a heating container having 2500g of water and 10g of salt; and heating the mixture at 100°C for 40min.</p> |
