The step(S200) of analyzing and operating the data comprises evaluating water properties of organisms(S210), analyzing recuperative power and resisting power(S220), operating a taxon property reaction function(S230), and analyzing a river urbanization index(S170). The step(S300) of outputting result data comprises outputting an organism evaluation index(S310), outputting a result of analyzing the diversity and the safety of an organism(S320), outputting the data of river properties(S340), and outputting the evaluation of health properties(S330).
