An oil-water separator and drainage device of a bridge is provided to prevent environmental pollution such as soil pollution or water pollution by filtering out oil contained in rainwater discharged to a drainpipe. An oil-water separator and drainage device of a bridge for filtering out oil contained in rainwater and discharging the filtered rainwater to the outside of an oil-water separator tank contains a bridge(10) equipped with a catch basin(2), a drainpipe(20) guiding oil and rainwater discharged from the catch basin of the bridge, an oil-water separator tank(100) provided with an inlet(92) and an outlet(94) to make the oil and rainwater guided to the drainpipe flow in and pass through, a filter plate(110) installed to the inside of the oil-water separator tank to make oil(O) and rainwater(R) pass through and to filter out impurities(G1) such as soil contained in the oil and rainwater, and an oil filter member(120) such as oil filter paper installed to the inside of the oil-water separator tank to filter out oil. Hereon the drainpipe is composed of an upper vertical drainpipe(30) connected to the catch basin installed on the bridge, a horizontal drainpipe(40) connected with the upper vertical drainpipe and placed horizontally or obliquely and a lower vertical drainpipe(50) connected with the horizontal drainpipe and connected with the inlet of the oil-water separator tank, and equipped with a sand pit(90) to put sand or other wastes in and an overflow pipe(70) to drop oil and rainwater flowing backward to the upper part of the drainpipe.
