A module fixing device for a panel is provided to prevent malfunction and improve convenience and efficiency by bonding safely a module such as a chip. A main body(1) includes a gripping part(10) of an air chuck type installed at a front surface thereof and a transparent base(12) installed at a lower part thereof. A closed circuit camera(2) is installed at a rear part of the main body. A pressing assembly unit is installed at a front part of the main body. A working plate(4) is installed at a front lower part of the main body. The transparent base of the main body is formed of crystal. A horizontal assembly unit includes a diaphragm(31) inserted into an inside of an external member(30), a flow path(32), a port(33), and a fixing member(34). A guider(36) having a guide hole(35) is installed at an upper part of the external member. A pressing tool(37) is installed at an upper part of the diaphragm. An air supply exhaustion tool is installed at the port of the fixing member in order to supply air to the inside of the diaphragm or to discharge internal air to the outside. |
