A horizontal/vertical axis composite blade type wind power generating system is provided to interrupt and connect the rotational power of a horizontal wind power generator and a vertical wind power generator using a drive ratchet and a lift latchet. A horizontal/vertical axis composite blade type wind power generating system includes a horizontal wind power generator(10) and a vertical wind power generator(20). A bevel gear(16a) engaged with a bevel gear(14a) of a transfer shaft(14) is coupled to the upper part of the horizontal wind power generator. A drive shaft(16) having a drive latchet(17) is provided on the lower side of the horizontal wind power generator. The vertical wind power generator includes a lift latchet(30) spline-coupled to an end of a power generation shaft(26a) and engaged with the drive latchet, and a lift shaft(31) into which a spring(32) is inserted.
