An electric pressure rice cooker having a load cell is provided to cook rice easily by fixing a load cell on a supporter to judge the amount of rice and water via a micro processor precisely by electrical signal. An electric pressure rice cooker having a load cell comprises an inner pot, an inner pot base(200), a body, a lower temperature sensor(410), a load cell bracket(430), a supporter(400), a load cell(420), and a micom. The load cell bracket is mounted on the inner pot base and wraps the outer surface of the inner pot base. The supporter of 'L' type is mounted on the load cell bracket and has a vertical unit, a horizontal unit, and a receiving unit for receiving the lower temperature sensor. The load cell is mounted on the load cell bracket, outputs an electrical signal corresponding to the displacement of the vertical unit of the supporter in a condition that the load cell key on a manipulation panel is selected and is combined by the horizontal unit of the supporter, the load cell bracket, and a fixing unit by implementing an opposite-movement from the vertical unit of the supporter. The micro processor judges the amount of rice and water by inputting the electrical signal from the load cell.
