The air bag (150) has at least an inner circumferential sheet (162) positioned inside when a blood pressure monitor cuff is wrapped around a living body, and an outer circumferential sheet (161) positioned on the outer circumferential side of the inner circumferential sheet (162). The sheet material forming the air bag (150) has a thickness of 0.15 mm or less. Therefore, big deep wrinkles appearing on the inner surface of the fluid bag fitted on a living body can be reduced, which may otherwise give an adverse effect on blood pressure measurement.
