A two-stroke combustion engine with hydraulic drive has cylinder, combustion chamber with air inlet valve and injector. Lower part of the cylinder is connected to hydraulic system, this includes valve, indicator, executive unit, low pressure mains, high pressure mains, output shaft on which turbine and pump are placed. The combustion chamber is placed separately and has connection to the upper part of the cylinder in which a shaft with flywheel and blades is rigidly fixed on it.
