The invention relates to the equipment for superfine mixing, emulsification, homogenization and dispersion of mixtures. Disperser-cavitator contains housing with inlet and outlet pipes of mixture and two disks located in the housing with possibility of counter rotation relative to each other, one of which has openings. Disks are executed with toothed elements and through cuts between them located in several concentric circles on both disks. The toothed elements of one disk are made subject to slipping between toothed elements of the second disk and overlapping by toothed elements of one disk of through cuts between toothed elements of the second disk. In the disk with the openings and in the housing are executed the annular concentric protrusions, which adjoin each other and form a cavity, and openings in said disk are executed inside its annular concentric protrusion, in this case the inlet pipe of mixture is connected with said cavity. The invention provides for increase of the degree of homogenization and dispersion of mixtures.
