An installation for formation of heat-insulation articles has body, inlet and outlet cavities, those are connected to each other by bypass valve, and control mechanism. The installation is provided with two connected to each other reservoirs, between those vacuum-chamber is placed, this is connected to first reservoir with perforated mains, and to second reservoir - with pipe, its lower open end is lower than pipe connecting the reservoirs. In the upper part of vacuum-chamber control mechanism is placed, this consists of floater connected by con-rod on which the upper and the lower stoppers are placed to relay and executive mechanism switching on and off valve of pipeline connecting vacuum chamber to vacuum volume.
