It is possible to reduce distortion of an output signal in a semiconductor integrated circuit having a plurality of portions for performing operation by selecting an output of a sample hold circuit and an output of other signal processing circuits. The semiconductor integrated circuit includes: a sample hold circuit (1) having an output connected to a capacitor (5); a low pass filter (10) which is a processing circuit of other signals; an analog switch (20) for selecting the output of the sample hold circuit (1) and the output of the low pass filter (10) for output; a buffer circuit (30) for inputting the output of the analog switch (20); and an amplifier arranged at the latter stage of the buffer circuit and having at least a first and a second resistor.
